We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager located in Greater Boston area Or Chicago to own customer relationships end-to-end, combining business ownership with hands-on technical leadership.
What you’ll do:
• Manage the full customer lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion
• Lead technical onboarding, implementation, and product configuration
• Provide Tier 1 technical support: troubleshoot and resolve issues before escalation
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams
What you bring:
• 3-6 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience owning renewals and expansion
• Strong technical skills - able to onboard and support customers independently
• Experience with SaaS products and system configuration
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, independent mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and working with AI tools
Nice to have:
• Background in supply chain / logistics
• Experience with IoT, sensors, or hardware
