Product Manager

Report to: Head of SW Product Management

Sensos is growing!
We’re redefining supply chain execution with a mission to eliminate the $1.3 trillion in global logistics losses. Our AI-powered Supply Chain Execution Platform combines disposable IoT labels with advanced automation, delivering real-time visibility and self-healing supply chains.

We’re now looking for a Product Manager to join our team.

What you’ll do

  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch.
  • Translate company strategy into clear, prioritized roadmaps.
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver user-centered, scalable products.
  • Validate opportunities through customer research, data, and market signals.
  • Define success metrics and track impact post-launch.
  • Evangelize the product vision across teams, customers, and partners.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with at least 1 year in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven success shipping products in supply chain, logistics, IoT, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary products (hardware + software).
  • Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.
  • Scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit with high user empathy.

Nice-to-haves: AI/automation experience, supply chain background, (ERP/TMS/WMS systems(, or product scaling in early-Series startups.
