We’re looking for our first Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the RevOps function from the ground up and make a direct impact on our growth trajectory.
This is a hands-on role that combines building infrastructure and processes from scratch with diving deep into data — even when it’s messy or not fully structured — to surface insights that drive leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimize the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and usability for the sales team.
- Sales Analytics: Generate reports and dashboards to track pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and design workflows that enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Enablement: Collaborate with Sales Enablement to ensure reps have the tools, training, and materials needed to succeed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment across the customer journey.
- Forecasting and Strategy: Assist in developing data-driven revenue forecasts and providing actionable insights to leadership.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience as a RevOps specialist or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and pipelines (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A process-driven mindset and passion for improving operational efficiency.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with sales tech stack tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong, or SalesLoft).
- Understanding of revenue forecasting models.
- Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS startup environment.
If you’re ready to take on a role where you can make an impact and grow your career alongside a thriving startup, we’d love to hear from you!
